Effective date: January 1, 2025
NextPoint Technology LLC provides managed IT services, cybersecurity, consulting, and related technology services as agreed in individual service agreements.
Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
Clients agree not to use NextPoint Technology services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
NextPoint Technology liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months of service.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. NextPoint Technology may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
